Fulfillment
We try to process and ship orders within approx. 1-3working days.
In case of a special promotion or sale, the delivery time may be longer than usual. The processing time also depends on the type of fabrics ordered.

The time of fulfillment does not yet include the time of the shipment itself.
Mainly we use EMS as our preferred carriers. 
In some cases you can choose between different shipping carriers during the ordering process.If you use other type of express, you can contact us via email doriscustomfabric@gmail.com. The extra charge can be paid by Palpay.

Shipping
As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email from us with the track & trace link. Via this link you can also click on the direct link of the carrier for additional information.
