CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES:
Because of an automated process it is not possible to cancel an order that has already been placed. Also changes or additions are not possible. If you want to order more fabrics, you can place a new order for the extra fabrics.
It is also not possible to combine multiple orders to avoid extra shipping costs.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
Because we produce on demand, our products are custom made especially for you and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal.

ORDER QUANTITY:
Order quantity is per meter (or per 6, 10, 30, 50 meters). When ordering 2 meter, the fabric will be send in one piece.
Orders above 3 meter could come in 2 pieces.
Total length ordered may vary with 3%, which we consider reasonable.


VAT / TAXES / DUTIES:
For all orders with a shipping address in an EU country, VAT will be charged with the order, unless a valid EU VAT number is entered during the ordering process.
For shipping addresses outside the EU, no VAT will be charged in the order. However, the taxes / duties / import costs must be paid in your own country. This can also be requested by the carrier (usually UPS) before the package is delivered.
For the amount of taxes/duties/import costs, we advise you to inquire with the local tax authorities.


RESELLING OUR FABRICS:
It is allowed to resell our fabrics as a reseller, but the prices must at least meet our prices. If you want to sell the fabrics per meter, the prices must at least match our prices per meter.

MARGIN OF (PRINTING) ERRORS:
There may be minor (printing) errors in the fabrics. For this we maintain a margin of error of 5% of the fabric or greater than 6 inches from the selvage.
Note that a test hole or a seam (often with handwritten text) is more common. This is not an error. In that case, we already supply extra fabric to compensate.
Also keep in mind that the fabrics are not always printed over the entire width. 


COLORS CAN DIFFER FROM PREVIOUS BATCHES:
It is possible that the colors between different batches differ from each other. We can therefore not guarantee that a newly ordered fabric will be exactly the same as the fabric from a previous order.
Also take into account color differences between previous batches that we previously had produced elsewhere and the current batches that we produce ourselves. Differences in colors are no reason to return the fabrics.
Note: if you order 1 design on different qualities of fabric, keep in mind that the colors may not all be the same, because the different fabrics may differ in color tone.
If you want to be sure that you have fabrics from the same batch for certain projects, we recommend ordering more in one go.


SAMPLES:
For the designs in PRE ORDER you can order samples so that you can see, feel and test the desired design & fabric quality before ordering a large quantity. Also for our Print your Own products we we recommend ordering a test swatch first, so you can see/test the result of your design.

SHIPPING & UPDATES:
All orders for in stock fabrics will be prepared for shipping within 1-3 business days, this does not include weekends. Orders with Print Your Own Test Swatches will be prepared within 7 business days. You can check your email (also check your spam or advertising boxes) to see if you have received a dispatch notification. Take into account a longer delivery time in case of a discount.
If you have ordered in stock fabrics along with any pre-order fabrics, then your order will only be sent once the pre-order fabrics arrive in stock.
If your order has been shipped, then please allow up to 6-10 business days, before we can look into the status of your order.


PRE-ORDERS:
When ordering pre-orders please make a note about the expected delivery time; all pre-order deliveries are estimates and sometimes can run over by 1-2 weeks. You can also check our social media pages (facebook and instagram) for further updates.

WASHING OF THE FABRICS:
The washing advice is listed with the articles in our shop and in the FAQ.
No general washing guarantee can be given because there are many different types of washing machines and detergents, each of which can affect the performance and the result of the wash in their own way. It is important to emphasize that the user is responsible for choosing and using the right detergents for his or her specific washing needs.


COMPLAINTS OR PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER:
We use a margin of error of 2''or greater than 6 inches from the selvage. Errors of more than 2'' or greater than 6 inches from the selvage,can of course be reported to us.
Note that a test hole or a seam (often with handwritten text) is more common. This is not an error. In that case, we already supply extra fabric to compensate.
Please check the fabrics before use, as we cannot provide a solution for already used fabrics.
Complaints/problems must be reported through the complaint form within 7 business days of receipt. All complaints/problems with an order will receive a response within 5 business days. Please enclose clear photos of the fabrics.
In case of a justified complaint, we will arrange an appropriate compensation in the form of a refund or a discount code (you can indicate your preference in the complaint form).


RETURNS:
Because we print on demand and cut fabrics to size, it is not possible to return the fabrics. If there is a complaint or an incorrect delivery, please use the complaint form.

COPYING PROHIBITED:
It is not allowed to copy the designs on our website, as this is the registered property of Doris Fabric or of the relevant partner designer.

ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PRINT YOUR OWN (CUSTOM PRINTING):
We recommend to order a sample (30x40 cm) first to see the result of your design and to test the fabrics for use, washing, etc. Doris Fabrics will not be held responsible for variations of colors if you do not order a sample first. When the design is larger than 30x40 cm, we advise you to order a meter as a test swatch.
You can choose from 3 different service options:
No File Check: your design file will not be checked for errors and dimensions.
Manual File Check: your design file will not checked for errors. You also indicate the desired dimensions.
Colors may vary from your screen compared to the final result. This can be due to various reasons from display settings to translating the colors to our gamut color profile which we use.
Make sure your design file can be seamlessly repeated. Doris Fabric is not responsible for design errors.
Save and upload your design file in the dimensions you want it to be printed. The files are printed as they are supplied.
There may be print voids which we consider acceptable as they are small dots on the fabric. The reason is that on raw fabric can remain small pieces of fabric. As a result it can appear especially when using darker colors.
In principle, the fabrics are delivered doubled. With 50 meters or more per design, delivery on a roll is possible on request (is not available for every destination).
You further agree that the sale of the design will not violate the copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights of any third-party.
All orders for in stock fabrics will be prepared for shipping within 1-3 business days, this does not include weekends. Samples will be prepared within 3-7 business days.
