  • How often do you offer new products?

    We are always adding new products every week! We are always updating our NEW ARRVIALS section with new products, so check back often. Be sure to follow us on FACEBOOK or INSTAGRAM for sneak peeks of new items and announcements of new product availability.

  • What is our contact email?

    doriscustomfabric@gmail.com - please expect a response in 24-48 hours during business days. If you don’t get a response within this time frame please send us a message on the business page! Please keep in mind we do not respond to emails on weekends  (Saturday 6PM MST to Monday 8AM MST).
  • What is our turn around time?

    3-15 business days. This excludes weekends and holidays. The turn around time begins every Monday after the round closes. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
  • What do I need to send in for custom printing?

    We require a high quality image in PNG,TIFF, or JPG format at 300 DPI minimally in CYMK or RGB format. This allows for the best printing. Please only email these files, as sending over social media damages the quality of images. These files MUST be seamless. The custom fabric slayer is not responsible if you send in files that are not seamless for effortless printing.

  • When will my order ship?

    Our shop processes and fulfills orders Mondays - Fridays and we are closed on postal holidays and some other days throughout the year. If you have custom printing fabric items, those have a 1-3 business day production time before shipping and could be longer based on the number of orders we have to fulfill. If there are no made to order items on the order, those orders will ship within 1-2 business days.
