Returns & Scaling

Returns:

We do not accept returns of fabric unless there is an error on our end that cannot be fixed. Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order to help with your order. Fabric MUST be uncut and unwashed. Washing or cutting into the fabric voids your ability to return or receive a credit for any reason. We do not refund for defects of 2” or greater than 6 inches from the selvage.If you meet our requirements, please fill in the Complaint Form.
Again, The fabric must be uncut and unwashed to be returned. We do our best to inspect every order to ensure that it leaves our hands perfect for you. In the event that an error is missed we will do our best to correct this error, including an immediate reprint. Please make sure that the fabric is uncut. We currently have a zero cancellation policy. No orders can be cancelled once they are placed due to the nature of every order being custom to you. Please send an email to the doriscustomfabric@gmail.com if you have any questions or concerns.

Scaling:

We will do our best to provide assistance with scaling, however we are not responsible for the the scaling if you decide you do not like the size. We will do our best to accommodate each situation though. Scaling is how often the pattern repeats. If the scaling is chosen at 3x3 than the entire image will repeat every 3”.

If you would like to request a specific scale (I.E. 3x3", 5" elements/characters, etc please include details in the notes at checkout or email us at doriscustomfabric@gmail.com) Otherwise scaling will be printer's choice or apply as follows,
Small Scale: 1-1.5" elements/characters (recommended for bows + headbands)
Medium Scale:2-3" elements/characters (recommended for children's clothing + bags)
Large Scale: 3.5"+ elements/characters (recommended for adult clothing + larger projects)
