Medium Cotton Fleece has a smooth knitted surface with a soft brushed backing. The reverse side is processed to raise fine cotton fibers, creating a short fuzzy layer instead of visible loops. Compared with French Terry, it feels warmer and softer on the inside, with a more plush hand feel while keeping a comfortable everyday weight.

Print Guidelines

Seamless repeat: Make sure your design file can be seamlessly repeated. Please check the edges of the uploaded image to make sure there are no artifacts in the form of light or dark 1px lines along the edge of the pattern. When printed, these artifacts are likely to be noticeable, highlighting the edge of the pattern.

File format: Accepted files are PNG and JPG.

No File Check: When you choose service option No File Check, the design file will not be checked for errors and dimensions.

Sample: We recommend that you first order a sample (30×40 cm), to see if the file is repeating the way it should and to verify colors. When the design is larger than 30×40 cm, we advise you to order a yard as a test swatch.

Colors:In order to meet the needs of different customers, our polyester base has two saturation printer options, low saturation is closer to the file itself, If your file contains brown, orange, or darker colors, select low saturation.While high saturation color is more vibrant,suitable for their own bright color of the file, or you prefer to print vibrant!

Repeat: Only 1/1 repeat is accepted, not half drop.

Resolution: 300 dpi.

Scale: If you would like to request a specific scale (I.E. 3×3″, 5″ elements/characters, etc please include details in the notes at checkout or email us at [email protected]) Otherwise scaling will be printer’s choice or apply as follows,

Small Scale: 1-1.5″ =2.54-3.81cm elements/characters (recommended for bows + headbands)

Medium Scale:2-3″=5.08-7.62cm elements/characters (recommended for children’s clothing + bags)

Large Scale: 3.5″+ =8.89cm elements/characters (recommended for adult clothing + larger projects)

Scale Tool:The zoom function of the website tool can only zoom in or out of files and cannot save and submit orders. It needs to be filled in on the custom scale.

Please note: We do not keep your original files, if you have a repeat order of files, you can first measure the size of the elements you need before ordering, otherwise we are not responsible for different batches of elements resulting in different scale.

of Custom Printing

Colors:Natural fiber printing will NOT match our poly printing. l do NOT recommend pairing/matching colors from the different fibers together as they will notmatch perfectly. Different fabric bases will yield different color outputs based on the printing method used and fiber contents. We recommend ordering samples if the exact color output iscrucial to your project.

Color differences due to the display settings of your computer monitor or mobile screen are not grounds for a refund. Tolerance is a normal result when the monitor is in RGB mode and the printer is CMYK ink. Please be aware of the slight color difference that may occur from what you see on your computer/mobile device (RGB) vs what is printed (CMYK).

Printing is an art, not a science. Refunds/returns will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with colors or color differences between fabric bases or different batch.

Print voids: There may be print voids which we consider acceptable as they are small dots on the fabric. The reason is that on raw fabric can remain small pieces of fabric. As a result it can appear especially when using darker colors.

File requirement:Please ensure your image is high quality and seamless before purchasing. If there are any file issues it will cause an order delay.

Margin of (Printing) errors:There may be minor (printing) errors in the fabrics. For this we maintain a margin of error of 5% of the fabric.

Note that a test hole or a seam (often with handwritten text) is more common. This is not an error. In that case, we already supply extra fabric to compensate.

Also keep in mind that the fabrics are not always printed over the entire width. Our Fabrics Guide page shows the usable printed surface of the fabrics.

Return/Refunds:There are no refunds or cancellations once order is placed and checked out. You have 2 days to inspect your fabric once your package has been received to address any issue you may have. Different fabric bases will yield different color outputs based on the printing method used and fiber contents. Refunds/returns will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with colors or color differences between fabric bases.

Order quantity:Yardage is printed continuous, however, flaws of rolls, and other events may happenbreaking the continuous. For the print flaw fabric, we sell at the price of $5.5/Y, you can indicate in the remarks of the order, the flaw fabric will be shipped with your order.
1 Yard:
Your fabric will be send as one continuous piece.

2+ Yards:
Orders of 2 yards or more may arrive in two separate pieces.

Total Length:
A Slight variation of up to 3% in fabric length is possible this is considered within the normal range.

File check/Sample check：Members of Doris enjoy free fabric file check and confirmation of color samples, while non-members need to pay an additional fee.
