Shipping
As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email from us with the tracking information, or you can check it in the Personal Center on our website. Please keep an eye on the tracking for shipping updates.
Free Shipping Information:
Orders placed with free shipping typically have a delivery time of 7 days and are usually shipped via UPS or FedEx Economy. However, if your address falls outside the regular delivery range of UPS or FedEx, we will arrange shipment via EMS instead. For orders under $100 shipped outside the United States, we will select the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on your zip code. If you have specific shipping preferences or requirements, feel free to contact us at [email protected] to make arrangements. Please note that any additional fees incurred (such as remote area surcharges) are not covered under the free shipping policy and must be paid by the customer. For bulk orders, remote area surcharges are not included in the quoted price; however, orders exceeding 150 yards will not be subject to any remote area fees.
We are not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during delivery. Please be patient in such cases, as we will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier before we can send you replacement parts or a replacement item.
Returns
If you’ve received a faulty item, or you think something is missing from your order, please contact us at [email protected] or fill in the Complaint Form with a photo of your order. Please read below for further information on any other refunds.
Due to the nature of custom printing
- If you upload a non-seamless or low-resolution image, that is not grounds for a refund.
- Color differences due to the display settings of your computer monitor or mobile screen are not grounds for a refund. Color differences based on saturation level selections are not grounds for a refund.
- If you submit the wrong file, scaling, or base fabric, these are not grounds for a refund.
- Custom prints are NOT eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges
- If a flaw or damage has been made and it is Doris Custom Fabrics’ fault, please reach out via email at [email protected] or fill in the Complaint Form. within 48 hours of receiving your order to discuss resolution options, such as store credit or a reprint.
- Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with colors or color differences between fabric bases. Colors will vary on fabrics. Different fabric bases will yield different color outputs based on the printing method used and fiber contents. Fabric printing from one company to another will never be the same. We strive to get our colors as accurate as possible.
About READY TO SHIP Fabric
- RTS Fabric NOT eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.Because we cut the RTS fabric on demand, once cut, will affect secondary sales.
Returns Policy
In principle, we do not accept returns. If there are special reasons to return fabric, please contact us at [email protected] or fill in the Complaint Form with a photo of your order. Please read below for further information on any other returns.
Fabric MUST be uncut and unwashed.
Washing or cutting into the fabric voids your ability to return or receive a points for any reason.
Not returns for defects of 2 inches or greater than 6 inches from the selvage.
How to Return
Mail your fabric back within 4 days of receiving it.
Include a note with either the original packing slip or your name and order number
Doris Custom Fabrics does not allow refunds or returns on any orders. If a situation warrants a refund or returns it will go as follows: If we are notified and the situation is resolved within 48 hours of delivery the full amount will be refunded. If outside of 48 hours after delivery a 10% fee of the total will be retained by Doris Custom Fabric.
Original shipping is non-refundable.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS/POINTS/REPRINTS WILL BE ACCEPTED OR MADE AFTER GOODS HAVE BEEN CUT OR ALTERED FROM THE ORIGINAL DELIVERED FORM.

Choose your favourite designs and the desired fabric quality and we will print it for you! Items can be ordered in units of 1 yard and in units of 6, 10, 30 and 50 meters.For bulk order,you can contact [email protected] directly for more discounts.
