Who can refer a friend?
You can now introduce your friends to doris fabric, get them a special points reward for their first purchase, and earn points while you’re at it! By clicking on the “Invite” button you can generate a link to refer friends to doris fabric. We call “Referral” any of your friends who joins doris fabric following your introduction of doris fabric to the friend through this referral system. We call “Referrer” the user who refers friends using the referral system. The referral system allows you to share the referral with your connections via the link (e.g. via an email, text message, direct message on social media, etc). You agree to use the referral system only with personal friends and not publish a referral, or cause it to be published or distributed, on or via methods, platforms, and media where you have no reasonable basis for believing that all or most of the readers or recipients are your personal friends (such as coupon websites, Reddit, Wikipedia). You are required to obtain consents from your referrals prior to referring them.

This referral program is open to registered doris fabric users only, for a limited time, and we may withdraw or suspend this referral program (in whole or in part) at any time. The requirements and incentives are also subject to change at any time.
Earning, Receiving and Redeeming – I’ve referred a friend! What happens now?
Your Referral (a friend who successfully registers a doris fabric account) will receive 50 points applicable as a discount on a purchase at doris fabric. For each Successful Referral, you, as the Referrer, will receive 50 points applicable as a discount on a purchase at doris fabric. You can refer more friends, but only one points reward can be applied per order. Points are not redeemable for cash.
The points discount may not be used or combined with any other promotion, nor can it be used on clearance items or price drop products.
Successful Referral
A Successful Referral means a friend you have referred who successfully registers an account on https://www.dorisfabric.com (or the applicable doris fabric website).
Referrals Referred by Multiple Users
If your Referral was also referred by another user, you will earn points from that Referral only if the Referral registers based on your referral link. If your Referral uses another user’s referral link from which they signed up, you will not receive the points.
If You’ve Been Invited to doris fabric Via a Referral
If you register a doris fabric account, you will receive a 50‑point reward, and the person who invited you will receive a 50‑point reward.
Important Disclaimers
We reserve the right to suspend your account and remove points entitlement should we notice any activity we determine contrary to the Referral Program terms and conditions or the doris fabric Terms of Service by the Referrer and/or Referral. We retain the right to investigate the participation in the Referral Program for any fraudulent activities and take any measures to end them. This includes but is not limited to any form of fake account creation. We reserve the right to amend or suspend this Referral Program at any time without notice.”
