Colors:Natural fiber printing will NOT match our poly printing. l do NOT recommend pairing/matching colors from the different fibers together as they will notmatch perfectly. Different fabric bases will yield different color outputs based on the printing method used and fiber contents. We recommend ordering samples if the exact color output iscrucial to your project.

Color differences due to the display settings of your computer monitor or mobile screen are not grounds for a refund. Tolerance is a normal result when the monitor is in RGB mode and the printer is CMYK ink. Please be aware of the slight color difference that may occur from what you see on your computer/mobile device (RGB) vs what is printed (CMYK).

Printing is an art, not a science. Refunds/returns will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with colors or color differences between fabric bases or different batch.

Print voids: There may be print voids which we consider acceptable as they are small dots on the fabric. The reason is that on raw fabric can remain small pieces of fabric. As a result it can appear especially when using darker colors.

File requirement:Please ensure your image is high quality and seamless before purchasing. If there are any file issues it will cause an order delay.

Margin of (Printing) errors:There may be minor (printing) errors in the fabrics. For this we maintain a margin of error of 5% of the fabric.

Note that a test hole or a seam (often with handwritten text) is more common. This is not an error. In that case, we already supply extra fabric to compensate.

Also keep in mind that the fabrics are not always printed over the entire width. Our Fabrics Guide page shows the usable printed surface of the fabrics.

Return/Refunds:There are no refunds or cancellations once order is placed and checked out. You have 2 days to inspect your fabric once your package has been received to address any issue you may have. Order quantity:Yardage is printed continuous, however, flaws of rolls, and other events may happenbreaking the continuous. For the print flaw fabric, we sell at the price of $5.5/Y, you can indicate in the remarks of the order, the flaw fabric will be shipped with your order.
1 Yard:
Your fabric will be send as one continuous piece.

2+ Yards:
Orders of 2 yards or more may arrive in two separate pieces.

Total Length:
A Slight variation of up to 3% in fabric length is possible this is considered within the normal range.
